      Assist the Employment Manager with processing annual performance reviews, preparation for the Employee Awards Banquet and the Holiday Teas. Maintain OIG and Medicaid Exclusion checks on all active employees. Maintain and file all incoming papers for personnel files. Perform the final termination of personnel files. Assist the Onboard Coordinator with processing new hire employees as well as creating their files. Knowledge of HR processes and policies. I also managed our electronic project for transferring all paper personnel files on over 1800 employees into an online electronic system. This included being solely responsible for creating the processes, continued communication with third party companies to progress further with the project, weekly meetings with my manager to discuss the steps taken and where we currently stand.
