      I was responsible for business and project development for all habitat management services offered for private landowners, stream and wetland mitigation properties, municipalities, and public/private land trust natural resource management areas. My primary mission was to utilize Best Management Practices to provide land managers with detection, prescription, response and monitoring of a diverse range of invasive/exotic threats to habitats and ecosystems. My management experience includes supervision of wetland, riparian, prairie, bottomland and upland forestry restoration, right-of-way management, small and large scale planting plans, timber stand improvement, municipal forestry planning, drafting comprehensive land management plans, Hemlock Woolly Adelgid (HWA) and Emerald Ash Borer (EAB) preventative treatments, site survey and documentation utilizing total stations, , GPS, and ArcGIS. Additionally, I provided support to Eco-Tech’s biological and ecological design staff including conducting Indiana Bat Habitat Assessments for NEPA and ESA Section 7 compliance. Show less
