  Responsibilities:Operational Management:Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the plant by planning, organizing, and controlling production and maintenance processes. This includes overseeing production schedules, maintenance schedule, preventive maintenance PM, monitoring equipment performance, and optimizing resource utilization.Team Management:Lead and manage a diverse team of employees, including supervisors, engineers, technicians, and production workers. Provide guidance, coaching, and support to maximize productivity and maintain a positive work environment.Quality Assurance:Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure that products meet the required standards and specifications. This involves monitoring production and maintenance processes, conducting regular inspections, and addressing any issues or non-conformities.Health and Safety Compliance:Ensure a safe working environment for all employees by the adhering to relevant health and safety regulations. Develop and implement safety procedures, conduct risk assessments, and promote a culture of safety awareness throughout the plant.Budgeting and Cost Control:Develop and manage the plant's budget, monitor expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or operational efficiency. Continuously analyze production processes to improve productivity and reduce waste.Supply Chain Management:Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure a smooth flow of materials and supplies to support production requirements. Coordinate with suppliers and negotiate contracts to optimize costs and maintain adequate inventory levels.Continuous Improvement:Drive continuous improvement initiatives thru WCOM program to enhance productivity, efficiency, and quality.
