Each year, I take approximately 300 undergraduate students to visit employer sites, to network and engage in interactive activities, gaining insights into different careers and sectors. I partner with around 11 different graduate employers each year and across various industries to deliver these industry visits. I design and deliver training to help students make the most of their experiences and reflect on their career preferences. I have also transitioned the programme to prioritise our QMUL APP students, including those receiving the QMUL Bursary and/or identifying as Asian Bangladeshi, as part of our efforts to address career inequalities and level the playing field.
