I was involved with design, preparation of specifications and estimates for construction of roads, bridges, foundations and buildings at Bhuvanagiri, Narimanam, Karaikkal, Ramanathapuram, Thirukadayur, Thiruttaraipundi. Supervised subsurface explorations, construction of roads, bridges, and both steel and concrete structures. Designed auger cast piles spread footings, reinforced concrete bridges, structural and geometric design for roads, design of industrial and residential structures. Managed projects using CPM/PERT techniques. Won ONGC Chairman's Outstanding Engineer award for three consecutive years worked. Show less

For a litigation support, evaluated design of a landfill including the procedures followed during the site characterization, site selection, materials used in the construction, quality control procedures adopted during the construction, slope stability, placement and adequacy of leachate collection systems installed etc.

  Nrithyanjali Institute of Dance, Inc., is a non-profit, tax-exempt organization with a mission to preserve and promote Classical art forms. NID is a member organization and any individual interested in supporting the mission of Nrithyanjali can become a life member or donate generously. It caters to the needs of the community at large and specifically the Indian American community for promoting the traditional art form Bharatanatyam and empowering the community. It has presented numerous programs to promote and popularize Indian arts in NY, NJ, PA & India. It has presented programs to raise funds for several organizations such as American Redcross, Rotary International, Kids Peace, Valley Health Hospitals, HELP foundation, HTCS, Ranganatha Seva Samithi, Arsha bodha and Arsha Vidya gurukulams with their fund raising activities.NID has presented lecture demonstrations as well as full length performances in Universities, Libraries, Museums, Malls, Girls Scouts, United-way, etc. Show less

  Designed a ground modification system to strengthen compressible soils using wick drains, dynamic compaction and surcharge loading techniques. Developed specifications for compacting landfill material for development. Adopted the technique of jet grouted columns to construct a sea wall for a casino development in Atlantic City, New Jersey.
