      Created interactive object-detection Python GUI interface with CustomTkinter, which uses Meta’s Segment Anything Model (SAM) and masking; used a similar program to edit 28 lung scans to include just airspace and lung tissue, return a percentage of either, and compared results to separate trial; created Python program to determine the percentage of lung tissue that is collagen, for trichrome lung scans.
