      Job scope/summary: NCE Sub-Region / Industry Business Operations Lead is directly accountable and aligned to the NCE RADL Business Operations Leader and NCE RADL Sub Region / Industry ADL as a trusted business partner.Responsibilities: The NCE RADL Sub-Region / Industry Business Operations Lead’s key responsibilities are: • Provide input to NCE Deliver Business Plan creation. Execute the plan into the Sub Region / Industry • Provide input to the design and implementation Delivery Business Processes and Governance Models. Drive the execution into the Sub Region / Industry • Interpreting KPIs and metrics to improve business performance by driving execution of plans and special projects within the Sub Region / Industry • Driving value for the Sub Region / Industry by minimizing cost of delivery and delivering operational effectiveness • Providing management information to support decision making at the Sub Region / Industry level • Run the daily operations and drive major change initiatives into the Sub Region / Industry • The early detection mechanism for best practices, issues in the Sub Region / Industry and ensure the ‘engine is running smoothly’. Key deliverables/accountabilities: In alignment with deliverables at the regional level, the following is expected from the Sub-Region / Industry Business Operations Leader: • Business Plan for the Fiscal Year • Quarterly Workforce Plan • Management system • Reporting (Runoff / Productivity / Demand & Supply / Account Revenue Growth) • Business Process Framework • Delivery headcount forecast • Execution of Delivery Business Operations processes • PMO for initiatives / change programs.
