      Founder

My coaching, speaking, and teaching, business is dedicated to adults and teens who are ready to shift their lives towards trusting themselves to create a life, career, and relationships, that reflect their personal values and innate strengths. I also work with adults, teens and children, through Animal Assisted Self Development sessions, who are challenged with social anxiety, anxiety, major life transitions, and complex trauma experiences. Many of my clients have reached a point in their lives or careers where they are ready to make changes to live their lives more connected to their unique dreams and goals. Some have experienced a life changing event or feel one coming if something doesn't change, and they are determined to use their experience to inspire personal growth and healing.I am passionate about supporting people, personally and professionally, through one to one phone coaching, in person coaching, personal intensives (with or without horses) and group retreats that incorporate soul inspiring relational experiences with horses.Learning how to improve stress resiliency through self awareness - self regulation - self control and self compassion, prioritizing self care, improving personal and professional leadership, understanding personal and professional boundaries, and ultimately feeling empowered from within an improved relationship with self puts people of all ages back into choice about how they want to feel, express themselves, and contribute through their talents. Jan 2015 - now
      Founder, Executive Director

One Heart Wild is a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit organization. Our mission: to promote the health, well-being and welfare of human and nonhuman animals through mutually beneficial relationships that improve social and emotional resilience, employ mindfulness principles & practices, and model advocacy for the environment. Our Vision is Clear: We Want To Change The World One Relationship At a Time by Bringing nature, non-human animals, and people together through empowered, humane and sustainable relationship.Developed by the Kerulos Institute and part of our philosophy; Our Trans-Species Psychological Values Sustain Our Work: 1. Inter-being – Humans, other animals and nature are interconnected.2. Listening – Our work is informed and guided by what other animals need and value, human inclusive.3. Collaboration – There is no “I” nor “you,” only “us.” Together all things are possible. 4. Nature-based consciousness – Live in ways that benefit all animals. Every shift we make sends a ripple in to the pond and contributes to the change we envision.5. Ethical integrity – We are committed to acting ethically in all aspects of our work. One Heart Wild Education Sanctuary is the culmination of my life's passion for making a difference in the lives of human and nonhuman animals, wild and domestic, with a special concern about the inhumane treatment of industry farmed animals, animals kept and "used" by humans, and dominance based training methods; all disregarding the very real emotional and social needs of the species, and the health of our planet.
