Led project to transform the organization’s Risk Assessment solution into a Web-based application, driving increased consistency and efficiency. Led project to enhance the accuracy of the organization’s Customer Risk Rating and Money Laundering Risk Assessment. Led strategic change management of the organizations FIU forecasting solution. Led transformation of the enterprise training for AML, Sanctions and Anti-Corruption. Led the transformation of Amex’s HR Talent Acquisition program, overhauling process and technology components, resulting in 220% improvement in quantity of hires while reducing the cost per hire by more than 50%, saving millions per year in enterprise costs.
