      As an Adjunct Professor, Debra supports staff and students in the School of Psychology and the wider UNE community through consultation, mentoring, research, and supervision. The Director, Place-Based Education and Research a highly effective champion of the University’s strategy in regional contexts and an influential and collaborative senior academic leader. A place-based approach is critical to the development and delivery of UNE’s value-proposition for students and effective partnerships with industry, government and community. The role contributes significantly to the social, economic and cultural development of individuals and communities. The Executive Strategy Advisor provided strategic advise on the development and elaboration of the UNE 2021+ strategic plan - Future Fit. The role involved high-level collaboration with key stakeholders and coordination of strategic projects working directly with the Vice-Chancellor and members of the Senior Executive Team. The Head of the School of Psychology provides oversight of the teaching development and initiatives, and research programs and outputs, of the discipline of Psychology. The Head of the School of Health provides oversight of the teaching development and initiatives, and research programs and outputs, of the disciplines of Nursing, Social Work and Community Services, Counselling and Health Management. The Deputy Head of School assumes a leadership role in the operations and senior management of the School assisting the Head of School and having responsibility for specific areas of activity in planning, leading and supporting strategic and operational development in the Disciplines of Criminology, Geography, Linguistics, Planning, Psychology and Sociology. The Director of the Clinical Psychology Program is responsible for leadership and innovative thinking in the provision of high quality research, teaching, curriculum renewal, consultancy and administration in the area of Clinical Psychology. The Director represents Clinical Psychology outside of the University with respect of relevant professional organisations, Government agencies and providers of psychological and health services. A Senior Lecturer in Clinical Psychology makes a significant contribution to the teaching effort of the Clinical Psychology Program playing a major role in teaching, scholarship, research, consultancy and professional activities including the supervision of students' clinical practice. A Lecturer in Clinical Psychology makes academic contributions to teaching, research and professional practice in the core areas of Clinical Psychology. The Psychology Clinic Director oversees the day to day operations of the Psychology Clinic, including the supervision of reception staff, allocation of cases and the practise of students on placement in the Clinic.
