Performing site visits to customers' premises is an integral part of the new commitments approval.Provide detailed structure of credit facility, support package, conditions precedent to financial close and first draw-down, covenants, representations and warranties, shareholder recourse amounts and nature of recourse to protect Banque Misr’s asset base and ensure salability to banks.Prepare the credit application including purpose of the facilities offered, appraisal of customer's management, financial statements analysis (Balance sheet, income statement and cash flow statement spread form), risks and mitigants, clients banking relationship as well as history of the client & business such as number of years in the business, line of business, competitors customers, etc.Conduct regular calls to keep abreast with latest developments on a regular basis. Have an in-depth understanding of the customer's financial statements and financial standing and the relevant industry in which they operate.Monitor all accounts on a daily basis through issued customer's position/balances.Monitor issuing monthly/quarterly reports as required from the Corporate Service Analyst and suggest action if necessary.Perform any other related duties as assigned.
