  Telstra Cloud Implementations and Solutions for Telstra Managed and Self Managed Customers.• Primary resource for the OAM CyberArk implementation. Was hand chosen by PM and management based on previous outstanding project results, to perform and successfully build the whole CyberArk OAM environment with Accenture and Websecure relations.• Identified the risks and streamlined builds and recovery procedures to reduce outages. First to respond to major Telstra Sev 1 issue and identify the root cause across HDS storage that affected almost all of Telstra Cloud and also first to recover multiple customer systems. Awarded recognition by Head of Cloud and won multiple Telstra Zing performance awards.• Implemented and Supported an array of customers including DOHA, Visy, Komatsu, NECDL and many others across the Telstra Cloud environment.• Implemented the DNS and Argent migration across Telstra cloud and awarded by Telstra for outstanding competence and results reducing migration times to minutes from days and possible hours.
