      Served as a long-term leave replacement for the school's Russian teacher, and taught all of the 200+ students, from kindergarten through 8th grade, in Russian language and culture.

      During my four-year tenure as headmaster, we worked to re-establish Kildonan as one of the premier boarding schools for students with dyslexia. We were successful in creating a clear student profile, aligned with the School's mission, instituted consistent and mission-driven practices and policies, gained a better understanding of and control over the School's finances, made aesthetic and capital improvements around the School's campus, including the development of a Campus Master Plan, developed a strategic marketing and recruitment plan for admissions, enhanced the reputation of the School in both the national and international communities, and created opportunities for more ecologically and environmentally conscious decisions.
