  Oversee the Group Fitness Department and model relationship-building skills in my interactions with other staff, YMCA members, board members, program participants and community organizations. I assist in fundraising activities for the YMCA's Annual Campaign and direct a 10K Trail Run for the Apple Creek YMCA annually. I establish new program activities, teach those programs and then help to expand membership within the community. I also develop and monitor those programs' budgets to meet the YMCA’s financial objectives. I continuously take the lead on different Health Initiatives and aid in the implementation of many projects to benefit the entire YMCA of the Fox Cities Association. Show less
