  I am a registered mental health practitioner. I have years of experience in my own practice (also as a former life coach, and also at the Center for Addictions and Mental Health (both CAMH locations). As a former graduate from the University of Toronto’s collaborative Masters program (COPAS), I specialize in Adult Mental Health and Addictions. I currently cater to a large variety of clients. My specializations include concurrent, mood, anxiety, eating disorders, addictions, borderline personality, and others. I have experience teaching psychotherapy students CBT (Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and DBT (Dialectical Behaviour Therapy). My office is located 2 minutes from Bathurst station, and I currently am offering private sessions for individuals, couples and families. I also offer life-coaching, group therapy and public speaking. I deliver therapy, public speaking and lecturing services in several languages.
