      Chief Engineer- Dubai Metro 'Green Line' Project, UAE.The Green Line of the Dubai Metro is the second Dubai Metro light rail line to open in Dubai, UAE with line opened for public in 10 September 2011. The route starts in Al Ghusais, runs along Al Nahda Road and Salahuddin Road above ground, then disappears underground into the heart of Deira, crossing Dubai Creek at Al Ras and heading along the creek to the Burjuman Center where it rises above ground shortly after and continues through Dubai Healthcare City to Al Jadaf. Green Line rail network consists of 20 stations (12 elevated and 8 underground) with 2 underground transfer stations. Total length of track for Green line is about 22.5 km, including 7.9km underground. Total cost of the project is approximately US$4 billion. Passenger capacity about 13,000 per hour on 60 trains.       The Doha Metro is an ongoing rapid transit system in Doha, Qatar, scheduled to become operational by the end of the year 2019. It will be an integral component of the larger Qatar Rail network, which will include a long-distance rail for passengers and freight, linking Qatar to the GCC. The Doha Metro will ultimately consist of four lines opening in various phases. The Red, Green and Gold Lines will radiate out from a central interchange at Msheireb in Downtown Doha, with the Blue Line providing a semi-orbital service.Msheireb station is one of the largest underground metro stations in the world currently being built in Doha Qatar and is the main hub of the phase 1 Doha metro rail network.
