  This is a small family owned and operated pet store in Woodbridge Va.Taking care of a wide range of animals was my main job. Making sure all the animals were healthy, happy, fed only then finding them a good home. There was a range of snakes, lizards, and turtles. Over 200 tanks of fish, ranging from 10-300+ gallons which included feeder/goldfish, exotic fresh water fish, exotic salt water fish, and brackish fish (cichlids). I took care of a variety of birds from doves to (the store's pet, Sunkist, 32 years old) a talkative and attention craving Macaw. Breeding rats and mice to supply food for customer's and our snakes/(some)lizards. We would have 3-12 puppies all registered to AKC/ACA, ranging from Chihuahuas to English Mastiffs.   I assisted the doctors by calming and restraining animals when needed. Found new homes for abandoned animals. I gave medication, and assisted in shots for animals. I walked, cleaned, fed, and bathed animals while staying in the kennel areas. Helped owners understand their pets condition, while comforting those in need and ensure the animals safety, happiness and is treated as my own while staying with us.

Doing mailings, updating/monitoring websites/social media, assisting in meeting setups, show shipment and tracking, on-site show assistance. **update pending** I do research and help spread knowledge about the economy, manufacturing, and the newest innovative technology. Through many social media outlets I share stories and information to grow interest in my company and the industry. I put together social media plans and models to show how the sites are doing, while always trying to get the public and my fellow co-workers involved. Front Receptionist when needed.
