  I was a founding Shareholder of PRM Inc. PRM Inc was a boutique SR&ED firm based in Charlottetown, PEI. At PRM I was a SR&ED Consultant with my own book of business. I also acted as the CFO of the company. We sold the company to BDO Canada LLP in January 2012.
