  AuditBase is a client server application on top of a database server, handling all patient information from hearing clinics, including measurement data collected directly from instruments.I took care of the entire process, single handed or together with one colleague, from initial customer contact, collecting requirements, making prototypes, client SW implementation, Oracle SQL database configuration, deployment and customer training. I deployed the system to all hospital hearing clinics in Denmark and to some hearing clinics in Sweden, Norway, Finland and Wales.I am proud of having been part of the startup of AuditBase and the development of AuditData, becoming the leading provider for hearing clinics.   Project manager for a supplier in Estonia developing testing HW and embedded SW. Implemented SW Scrum process in the Danish team and was Product Owner for the entire Danish team and Scrum Master for one out of 3 sub-teams.My responsibilities:Mission and goals,Backlog identification and prioritization,Breakdown of requirements into epics and stories,Definition of team incentive plans and individual plans,Daily standup meetings and biweekly sprint planning meetings,Sprint result and plan communication to all stakeholders,Steering group meetings with key customer stakeholders Vis mindre Responsible for a team of 12-25 permanent employees and consultants in Denmark and a team of 9 permanent employees in Finland. Managed outsourcing contract of manual and automated SW testing to a Polish team of 7 persons.Managed outsourcing contract of HW trace box development to an Estonian team of 7 persons. Main tasks:Strategy definition together with the team, Team budget planning and followup,Team process definition and aligning it to company processes,Reporting upwards, Team skills development, performance appraisals and wage determinations,New hires, layoffs and subcontracting.I developed the team into the key resource for Nokia worldwide in the trace and debugging area. We developed our own FastTrace SW tool and HW trace box to collect data from phones in real time. The system was used to verify phone operation and to debug errors when phone HW is powered on and running task based embedded SW. The trace box developed into a solution being sold to external collaborators and other customers, making it a business of its own. We also had the overall responsibility for managing and configuring LauterBach debugging equipment, making internal training for Nokia users and reviewing phone chipsets.During the Nokia recession I took care of the team restructuring and cost savings and when Nokia Denmark closed I organized the knowledge and responsibility transfer to a Chinese and a Finnish team and I ensured that the local team kept the spirit high. Assisted the R&D teams in using the test SW.Deployed the test SW to the production line.Responsible for test SW product evaluation, making sure that the phone production was running smooth and that the phones could be serviced in the repair shops. I took care of the phone variant SW configurations being used in production and service.I took the coordinator role for PC SW tools in the period where Nokia grew and SW became much bigger, leading to a PC SW team delivering test SW to all phone projects (product/line matrix organization).
