About me
Over 22+Years’ Experience as Chief QA/QC Expert/Resident Engineer/Chief Formation Engineer/Assistant Resident Engineer in the relative field of DFCCIL/RVNL Railway Electrified Single Track/ Hill Road Construction/Highways/ Bridge and 4,6, lane Road Projects including Hill Road and professional experience, Goal-oriented Professional coupled with outstanding technical knowledge of engineering concept and designs with expertise in Railway system. Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills -able to interact to design & construction professional. Architects. Engineers, Owners, and representative at all levels to develop and build strategic relationship with clients. Supervising and inspecting all construction activities including providing technical inputs for methodologies of construction & coordination with all stakeholders. Assisting in producing project reports for issues to client on a weekly and monthly basis, and otherwise as required, to report on project progress and performance. Assisting in the development of project strategic programmes and monitoring progress against. Providing site coordination including chairing the daily/weekly meetings with the contractor. Reviewing contractor method statements/risk assessments. Agreeing on short terms programmes with the contractor. Working with the project director to assess the contractors’ monthly applications for payment. Attending off site inspections as directed by the project director. Agreeing on final quality inspections with the construction supervisors. Ensuring the contractor is maintaining the site in terms of cleanliness, logistics, mandatory signage etc. Ensuring all environmental conditions/requirements of the project are being complied with. Ensuring full understanding of the contractor scope. Attending where necessary the change request meetings. Giving Inputs on information to the EDMS as appropriate and to other project control systems as required. Supporting the commercial manager with project information. Managing the project functions and reporting to the project director on all commercial aspects of the project. Maintaining a daily detailed diary of activities ensuring all delays are recorded. Carrying out three times weekly SHE inspections of the site. Very good knowledge the RAIL System, Concrete Bridge/Viaducts, Road over/under Bridge, Railway Track and Project Managements for Railway Infrastructure Projects, Formation, Track Construction related works for Railway line construction, Ballasted Track knowledge of Ballasted Less Track, Bridge Designs/Construction
