It essentially relates to an individual's understanding of money and their ability to assess its potential benefits or drawbacks in their life. Financial literacy encompasses the knowledge of how various elements influence decision-making. These factors encompass cognitive biases in thinking and actions, challenges with self-control, the influence of family and friends, peer pressure, advanced marketing techniques, economic circumstances, community influences, and institutional factors.
