It has approximately 20 million customers, being organised into Retail Banking, Commercial, Life, Pensions & Insurance and Wealth, with extensive overseas operations.Key Roles and ResponsibilitiesCoordinating the team to scope, shape and deliver projects, managing complex briefs and business needs within a politically sensitive environment. This relied on an extensive knowledge of financial markets and retail banking products.
