  My position is funded by a United Way grant that is directed towards following our pediatric patients ages 0-5 to make sure they are ready for kindergarten. I make sure they come to their check ups, get their vaccines and pass their developmental questionnaires. I am also a liaison between Crossroad and other agencies in the area such as CCHMC, Santa Maria Community Center, the Cincinnati Health Department and many others. Back office clinical duties such as scheduling appointments internally and at outside facilities; direct patient care; interpreting verbally and written; returning phone calls to patients/ patient education.
