      Process and applications development for new solvents and monomers. Chemistry included alkoxylations for glycol ethers and surfactants and hydroformylation and hydrogenation for new diols. Built and operated continuous hydrogenation units and scaled the projects up at toll manufacturers and at internal UCC assets.

      Added role of mega project lead in the area of lightweighting. Managing internal project in addition to several government funding initiatives from MEDC and DOE in support of the project. Technical Manager for a Corporate Process Development Group. The group handles everything from small (Liter scale) to large batch processes (500 gallon) for DowAgrosciences, continuous processes for high pressure hydrogenations, hydroformylations, reductive aminations and alkoxylations.
