  Responsibility Timely communicate with supplier for any nonconforming materials.  Timely push supplier to give remedial actions to solve quality issue and meet normal production.  Assist supplier to provide corrective and preventive actions extending to system for each nonconforming material. Follow up the actions and ensure actions are effective.  Supplier process improvement, provide process evaluate and audit to suppliers and work with suppliers to establish sufficient process control method and make sure the implementation. Work according to the plant and department business goals, to continues measure, identify projects at supplier’s side, by using standard quality tools so as to raise suppliers quality level to meet plant improvement needs. Regularly review the projects with relative department.  Irregularly visit the supplier and solve quality issue or monitor the quality status of supplier. Grade supplier scorecard with PUR.
