  I am responsible for coordinating support and maintenance processes for all electrical assets across a major oil and gas infrastructure. This involves project managing major engineering projects from inception to completion, from design, resource planning and process engineering through to installation and commission.I perform a range of testing and onsite modifications, including MOC, functionality and Site Acceptance Testing; swiftly troubleshooting any issues in order to ensure smooth operations.Key Projects- Installed, commissioned and set up a wide range of equipment, such as steam turbine generators (STG), emergency diesel generators, substations and distribution systems, hydrogen compressor motors and motors for electrical submersible pump systems- Delivered complex engineering projects on time and to exacting standards, including a Red Sea building for permanent power supply and bi-direction antenna for improved radio communication- Achieved significant cost savings for the business via the safe migration of the 5KV construction distribution network at nodes (T2 & T3) to newly constructed power distribution- Identified and resolved major design errors, including the resolution of an omission issue on the Critical Power Generator (CPG), which prevented infant mortality due to moisture deposit and potential CPG winding failure- Developed an infrared inspection procedure - subsequently adopted across the maintenance function- Conducted research on the effect of harmonics on frequency conversion and directly contributing to the power municipality power strategy Show less I oversaw the development of project proposals and monitored key project milestones across a portfolio of engineering service projects.My role involved the recruitment and management of Engineering Service Contractors toward the achievement of project objectives, providing mentoring and support to ensure project delivery on time, in budget and to high quality standards.Key Projects- Personally selected as Lead Electrical Engineer for the development of a 16 inch Abiteye Export Pipeline, applying significant industry expertise to accelerate project delivery- Accountable as Project Lead on the Utonna revamp project; developing a cost of work estimate for budgetary approval and overseeing the project through to successful execution Show less I produced cost of work estimates, technical evaluations and feasibility studies as well as completing design, procurement and construction activities across various engineering development projects.My role required the ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across disparate locations, in order to facilitate efficient testing and installation processes.Key Projects - Successfully developed an in-house cost of work estimate for a major capital project; for electrical in the Front End Engineering Design (FEED) of Produced Water Disposal- Oversaw the design, procurement and construction of the first local content delivered offshore electrical building and equipment integration, as part of the Delta South Quarters (DSQ) Project - Completed detailed engineering design and supervising installations on DSQ living quarters, the Tank 3/8/9 Project and the Escravos Gas Plant Train 1 Compressors A and B Debottlenecking Project- Undertook FEED on several projects, including the Escravos Portable Water Upgrade, Sat 1 and Sat 2 upgrade and a major venture capital project Show less Accountable for coordinating operations across various technology projects, including equipment upgrades and maintenance projects focused on improving productivity.Key Projects- Orchestrated the overhaul of five solar turbine engines (3 Mars 100 for Gas compression / 2 Centur 50 for power generation) - Coordinated the ten year Turn Around Maintenance (TAM) for the Gas Gathering and Compression Platform - Delivered the Meji field infill drilling project which boosted production from 13k BOPD to 50k BOPD in a two year period as well as a secondary recovery (Gas Injection) project that increased productivity by 10k BOPD Show less
