  Chuck joined Merrill Lynch Wealth Management in 2001 and has over 22 years experience in wealth management planning, business financing, retirement and estate planning services. Chuck also holds the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor™, CRPC™ designation. B.S. in Communications and Marketing from Shippensburg University. In his community, Chuck's volunteer activities include Councilman of Dallas Borough, Wilkes-Barre YMCA Board of Trustees, and Dallas High School Soccer Club past treasurer. He is also active in the Back Mountain Baseball Association. Chuck is a former member of Luzerne County Community College Advisory Board and past President of Wilkes-Barre Rotary.
