Show less As the Fitness Program Manager for one of the largest military medical treatment facilities in the Navy, led 160 assistant fitness leaders in the planning and execution of three Physical Fitness Assessment (PFA) cycles for a total of 10, 283 active duty personnel. Oversaw a Fitness Enhancement Program for 385 personnel that enabled 66% of them to pass their next Physical Readiness Test, which contributed to an average command pass rate of 95%. Directly supervised 20 personnel in the management of all PFA related documentation for completeness and accuracy, direct efforts resulted in a program report of “FULLY COMPLIANT” from the Medical Inspector General in 2015. Show less As Primary Care Clinic Manager at Boone Clinic, provided astute leadership and guidance to 75 personnel in an extremely demanding and productive Primary Care Clinic, which provided high quality care to 39,500 beneficiaries. Notable milestones include a decreased no-show rate from 9% to 6% and patient satisfaction rate increase from 90% to 93%. In addition, oversaw the implementation of Relay Health which invited 4,411 patients to participate.
