  My first rotation as part of the Tesco GHS graduate scheme was in Technology; working as part of the team responsible for Delivery Saver, Wine and Republic of Ireland Grocery Home Shopping. During this time, I successfully managed the team's RUN reports, and moved the team from red to green status for incident management during the crucial Christmas trade period.My second rotation was in GHS Operations, where I assisted the delivery of successful Valentine's Day, Easter and Summer trade through strategic planning and management of seasonal products and customer propositions.My third rotation in Online Trading involved engaging and liaising with other Trading teams, Categories and Online Commercial Managers to range new products on the GHS website. My final rotation was in Digital Product as Product Manager of the Grocery Mobile Web (MWeb) platform. In this role, I managed a third party agency of front end developers, lead on the planning and prioritisation of the agile sprint backlog and signed off on key functionality changes to basket and product cards.
