  As Project Manager, I organised 5 international activities (including a World Festival of 800 people in Albania in July 2017) and carried out the start-up phase of 3 more activities that would have taken place beyond the end of my PM contract. Furthermore, the 2 requests for funds for international activities that I submitted to the Council of Europe were both accepted. Finally, I have extensive experience in writing narrative and financial reports for the activities I organize.As for my communication portfolio, I wrote the communication strategy and launched Facebook live streamings, monthly reminders of the dense calendar of regional and global events, video/photolog of events, live tweet sessions. I then relaunched the Instagram profile, existing but not effectively used. I gradually introduced and improved a communication system in three languages ​​both on social networks and on the website. Finally, I developed all the graphic projects for printed and video products. Through these actions, the selected KPIs (interactions on posts, posts reach, and the size of the public on the profiles) recorded an increase of more than 20% from February 2017 to April 2018.
