      Performed as Lead Recreation Leader in the following programs: Youth Sports, Adult Sports: Youth basketball league, youth soccer league, open gym volleyball/basketball, summer sports camps, summer sports leagues; Facilities included: one regional sports park (soccer league) , Solorsano Middle School (basketball/open gym), South Valley Middle School (basketball), Wheeler Community Center (volleyball), Gilroy High School (basketball), Christopher High School (summer camps) 4 neighborhood parks (flag football/summer camps). Supervised 10 part-time employees. Worked with outside agencies to developed coaches’ clinics, which taught parent volunteers how to become youth sport coaches. Led transition of the City’s sponsored/operated youth soccer league to a contracted/ vendor led league.
