  Rachel Kirsch and Rena Basak are the founding partners of London Language Consultants.They are two experienced, hands-on professionals working in the field of language and educational training. Their background spans over 27 years of teaching, teacher training and ELT management, in the private and public sector. Their particular interests lie in designing and delivering highly effective bespoke teacher training and language courses and sessions to teachers and students from all over the world.For FE colleges, their priority lies in supporting the embedding of English for any vocational/non literacy specialist teachers. Sessions are offered as standalone or as a combination. Each session is tailored to meet the needs of a particular institution in terms of content required and length. Sessions include practical classroom activities which teachers can implement with immediate effect. Ideas presented in the sessions are however appropriate for use with ALL learners not just ESOL learners.
