Gained international experience as Lucent’s on-site project manager/customer liaison for 5 months. Facilitated the development of the Global Crossing data center from building construction through to implementation. Proactively led teams of 10-75 technical professionals across organizational and business boundaries to manage project scope, schedules and deliveries of hardware, software and documentation. Worked with project team members and upper management to identify obstacles and resolve, eliminate or escalate issues as appropriate to achieve project/business goals.
