Show less Working as a leader Training assistant for the GCEP program, I managed 4 other training assistants under me to successfully organize one-on-one sessions with a Japanese employee working in Fujitsu Kyushu. In this 2months program, we aim to improve the English language ability of our trainee (Fujitsu Kyushu employee) through regular interaction which includes different English writings, reading and speaking exercises in order to help him prepare for a business level presentation in English by the end of the program.
