  This role allowed me to become enriched by the sales techniques required to be a proficient appliance specialist as well as the design techniques that drive cabinet sales. By actively listening, I could creatively design the ideal kitchen or product for the customer. During my day, I made an effort to remain inquisitive and eager to learn more about each department. In addition, I incorporated follow-up calls and meetings alongside the opening and closing duties.

  Within this role, I learned a plethora of skills from technical design to project management. Each experience allowed me to expand my limits and create lasting designs for my customers. By remaining open to new experiences and learning how to quote a variety of materials (cabinetry and millwork), I helped establish stronger bonds with retail and dealer customers across the U.S. and manufacturers over seas. My role allowed me to see each step involved in maintaining a strong business: measuring unique spaces, designing, producing cabinetry, scheduling installations, and ensuring the customers leave happy with the results and solutions.   Lighting Sales Associate

  As a lighting salesperson, I am gaining immense knowledge of decorative and architectural lighting. Outside of maintaining a clean showroom, I manage all aspects of a project from the initial brainstorming phases to arrival. I am working to expand our network, by establishing strong relationships with retail and trade customers inside and outside of our showroom. I am excited to be a part of such a wonderful team in Charlotte and look forward to seeing how we succeed!
