New approvals and extensions of green tea catechin palmitate ester as flavor modifier (FEMA), antioxidant in fats in China (MOH) and successful GRAS Notice with FDA as antioxidant for multiple food categories. Provided direction and guidance for all product related compliance and regulatory related communication with customers, regulatory agencies and third party certifiers. Supported commercial team with customer visits and calls to provide guidance on compliance, labeling and claims language.Interfaced with key regulatory agencies (FDA, USDA/FSIS, IDIA, IFANCA, OU, HC, CFIA etc.).
