  It was a wonderful experience to do Two Days training in RCF, Mumbai. The 1st day was Theory lecture as well as Hands on Experience on Simulation software of RCF itself I learnt about separation, flow of feed and product stream line in a very good manner. The 2nd was Plant Visit of Ammonia Plant which helped me to go and physically watch the entire production from raw material to Finished product.   Being a Production Engineer I was responsible to carry out various tasks regarding Production, Raw material unloading, Finished goods packaging.1. Recently I am working on Commissioning of ACN/VN Column comissiong project for Ammonia recovery Column.2. I have handles high temperature fixed bed reactions for Acetonitrile and Valeronitrile Products.3. Being a PHA Team member I have worked on preparing of PHA reports for products.4. Unloading of Hazardous Chemicals including Acetic acid, Valeric Acid and Ammonia.5. Handled Distillation columns for Steam, vacuum and azeotropic distillation.6. Have worked on 3Kl/day capacity PSA( Pressure swing adsorbtion) Plant of Acetonitrile. Show less
