  A couple of opportunities close together have enabled me too realise my goal to be self employed. I now have a happy caseload of private domiciliary clients in Northamptonshire and I help with colleagues home visiting service in Leicestershire.I feel able to offer a first rate service to clients who are not able to access the service they require from the NHS due to current access criteria. For those clients who feel that they prefer to be in control of when they see their Podiatrist rather than waiting up to 18 weeks for a much needed appointment I can offer the same care in the comfort of their own home at a time mutually convenient.
