Oversaw all aspects of managing a 500 person capacity night club with a staff of 35+ employee's including policy development, designing and implementing an employee handbook and oversaw all area's of maintenance for the physical plant.Developed very successful promotions such as Portland's largest volume Happy Hour, (to date) Sunday night comedy that consistently drew 350 to 500 guests every week for over 6 years and was considered to be one of the top 5 comedy clubs in the country by the headliners themselves. Seasonal promotions like building a outdoor regulation sized beach volleyball court in less than one week and at an expense of under $300.       PCE Inc. was incorporated in the fall of 1996 and became one of the oldest wholesalers of prepaid services in the nation. We were one of the two Master Distributors for Bell Atlantic Prepaid Long Distance cards with over 1400 customers throughout 4 states serving the convenience store, pharmacy, hotel/restaurant, retail, cruise ship, and gift shop industry’s throughout New England and the US. In 2007 we switched over to a terminal-based solution for marketing phone cards to my retail stores in Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, and Massachusetts. We had added several other terminal based products such as open and closed-loop, branded, custom gift card processing, plastic card printing, loyalty/rewards, credit card processing, and age/check verification. PCE Inc's offices shared our retail/wholesale location in uptown Portland, Maine for 9 years. We were the first authorized agent for T-Mobil in Maine and New Hampshire. The 2450 square foot retail store carried a large supply of phone accessories and other specialty items relating to the communication industry as well as business services like shipping, copy, fax, and office supply’s. We closed the store for personal reasons in 2008. PCE Inc continued focusing on the terminal based solutions. Show less

      Through the hobby of cold smoking meats and nuts, Mid-Night Smokers was originally created under the brand of Luv My Nuts in the late days of summer, 2013. Since the beginning, our original line of naturally smoked and flavored nuts has been an amazing hit with consumers and restaurants locally as well as from around the country. We have consistently been marketing products to points all over the USA by mostly word of mouth and reorders.We use a small batch, cold smoke process that does not change the products characteristics but adds a very pleasant natural smoke flavor which is derived from a mixture of food-grade fruit and hardwoods. We are very careful not to overpower any of our products with smoke so the flavor experience is well rounded. We offer a wide variety of Cold Smoked products including cheeses, oils, spices, waters, varieties of honey, and of course, nuts for restaurants to use in their house recipes. These products are great for adding a unique natural smoke flavor to signature dishes. We offer Custom Private Labeling for restaurants, Specialty Gift Stores, and everything in between. Some of our most popular natural spice flavorings for our nuts are Chipotle BBQ Dusted, Buffalo Dusted, Jamaican Jerk Dusted, and Chili Garlic Tossed and Sauced. Midnight Smoker now boasts 5 exciting brands. They are, Luv My Nuts, Luv My Cheese, Luv My Spice, Luv My Charcuterie, and Luv My Veggies. As it stands now we are ramping up to easily produce 1500+ pounds of product per day by mid-fall of 2021. We have also have a strategic partnership with a Polish company based out of Nysa, Poland, The Ice Man, with over 900 points of retail distribution. This will be the sounding board for setting up franchises over the next 5 years.The only complaint (if you can call it one) is that once they start snacking, they can't stop. Show less
