Through this experience, I had the honor of providing wedding decor and rental services to hundreds of Pittsburgh-area weddings. I was responsible for the overall operation of the business which included a physical location with several part-time staff members.   The Association of American Cancer Institutes (AACI) represents the interests of the leading academic cancer institutes in the U.S. and Canada. In the role of Director of Operations and Initiatives, played a key role in the administrative and financial management of the organization and was integral in developing the strategic direction of AACI. In the role of Associate Director of Operations and Initiatives, I provided day-to-day management of the AACI team. I recommended and developed plans for the implementation of new and existing programs and initiatives in support of the nation's leading academic cancer centers.
