      To support National Sales Manager for a strong Sales Operation which includes sales planning, sales forecast, sales policy, sales administration, sales functional expense control, sales office workplace taking care.1. Sales Planning• Assist National sales manager to make sales forecast for annual budget planning as well as Q1 forecast and latest estimation. Make 3-month rolling forecast• Make and align with National sales manager for : company's sales plan for "balance to go" and the next 3-months; divide the aligned sales plan into each customer or distributors which is reflected to their annual target, inventory status and supporting activities• Make the sales target by month by regions/accounts base on company target• Make the weekly plan for transportation goods from factory to two distribution centers2. Distributor management • Manage and control A/R of distributors (GT and MT)• Manage and control on supply chain discount and incentive for distributors• Tracking of distributors sales achievement and performance• Support distributor on solving the issue that related to logistic/contract/damage goods…3.
