      I developed the new secondary packaging for perfumery products of several mass market brands as Mango, Adolfo Dominguez, Agatha Ruiz de la Prada, Massimo Dutti, Victorio & Lucchino.

      Lead of secondary packaging team of internationals Make-up brands as Paco Rabanne, Christian Louboutin, Dries Van Noten, Carolina Herrera and Byredo.Design and implementation of a complete process for the management of secondary packaging; definition maturity assessment criteria for processes to determine effectiveness and provide performance improvement roadmaps. Development of teams communication, training and SOP’s necessary for the effective implementation and use of processes. I collaborated in the Product Stewardship department. Also I managed the secondary packaging of several premium international make-up brands as Carolina Herrera, Christian Louboutin and Dries van Noten. I was technical lead on sustainability in secondary packaging and I leaded the research for new materials and suppliers to create smarter sustainable projects. Also, as secondary packaging engineer, I developed new products being under my responsibility the perfumery and new make-up launches associated with some of the most important brands within the company: Carolina Herrera and Herrera Confidential.
