I was the director of all operations for UI Dance Marathon, and I managed an executive team of 10 directors. Our executive team oversaw a group of 270 student leadership members, and planned and implemented events for more than 2,000 students which culminated in the fundraising of more than $2 Million for the University of Iowa Children's Hospital. Funds raised were increased by 11% from the previous year. UI Dance Marathon has raised more than $16.5 Million in it's 21 year history. Show less
