Lead representative for terminal operations and inventory management, while also coordinating with agents and brokers to coordinate vessel traffic in order to control cargo flow on all fronts. Key point of contact for all customers, charterers, and logistics representatives that have involvement with cargo moving in and out of the terminal via truck, rail, barge, or motor vessel. Quickly became one of the top superintendents for one of the largest stevedoring companies in the Gulf by proactively learning new techniques and methods to maximize production and profit while maintaining a safe working environment. Experienced in handling steel, bulk, hazardous, project, and heavy lift cargoes. In charge of every aspect of an assigned operation on a daily basis while ensuring all safety, quality, and production parameters are met. In charge of entire terminal during night shift, with one to three vessels typically working any given night. Was able to decrease cargo damages, increase production, improve equipment management, and implement useful programs to improve night time operations while instilling accountability and drive toward progress among employees.

Utilizing field expertise and the latest technology, all handling of the equipment is documented and reported in real time, keeping all interested parties updated on their equipment continuously.
