  In my first 7 months I made over 70k in commissions, then was promoted to Senior Sales Executive. Worked every Saturday for 12 months straight and 9am to 9pm on thurs/friday late night trade. Long nights during xmas period and iphone launch day. Always over exceeded expectation and went that extra mile. Held sales meetings daily, done performance reviews, managed store occasionally, helped out team members, trained all new staff, cleaned store, sorting out customer complaints and issues. Making sure all contracts are done correctly and scanned. Training members on new deals and procedures. Top 3 company leader board consistently for 15 months straight. I personally generated over a million dollars in revenue for the Company, Compared to most TLS stores out there, just me alone can generate what a whole store can do in a month.   Working directly with the Founder/CEOI took on the responsibility of many roles within this company as a SME, such as;- Head of recruitment, nationally (WA, SA, NSW, VIC)- VIC Sales Manager- NSW State Manager- Wrote the Sales Manuals and trained all sales people. We sold Solar Panels to residential customers via door to door, telesales and in home sales.Achievements.Grew VIC to 3 sales managers5-7 team leaders 50-60 sales reps on doors and phones Was sent to NSW as a State Manager, with a week's notice and grew it from scratch. Built a door to door team of 12 and a team of in home closers. The reason why I am good at what I do is because I am a patriot. I am willing to do whatever it takes to win and dominate (ethically). When you were putting your alarm on snooze at 6am, I was already in a meeting. I dominated recruitment, everyone wanted to know and work for Nexus. I was attracting and creating amazing talent, we were retaining sales agents on avg 70% of people stuck around in a cold calling/knocking department. Show less

I’ve built it to a team of 60 independent creatives and getting those beats in to the hands of artists, with a focus on their craft and creativity. We are working currently in the Australian hip hop scene and breaking the US and UK.
