  Initially was Hired as Sales Manager at the Village at Historic Clara Barton in Edison. Sold 60 units and rented 15. After 3 years there I hit the streets running and never stopped helping sellers and buyers reach their goals. Completing the CDPE (certified distressed property expert) designation was a great education on short sales and foreclosures. But there are always surprises in the field! Taking the course, CNE, on sharpening my negotiation skills (certified negotiation expert) was very interesting as well.
