  As a product lead my area of work is centred around feature, product and growth strategy. I help define the path to launch and beyond, and help empower teams to translate user and business need into better products and apps. Leadership of the tech team of ustwo Nordics as part of the local studio leadership team. My role includes people management, project sponsorship and support as well as supporting the wider studio in business development, strategy and overall management. Heading up the Delivery Team (PO/Coach/PM roles) in Malmö as part of the local studio leadership team while also leading some amazing projects. The DL team participates in everything from strategy, pitch work and product innovation to market launch and beyond. Our focus, like the studio group on the whole is to create amazing digital products that have a meaningful impact on people's everyday life. As one of the Product Owners and Team Coaches at ustwo Nordics' studio in Malmö I am responsible for managing digital products and project for our clients, dabble with business development, work on our studio strategy and when time permits plan my next conference talk or workshop.
