  Volunteer

  As a volunteer, I introduced students to Broadcast Journalism. Through creative projects, we explored the basics of storytelling through visuals and writing, the importance of research, and provided knowledge of technology (i.e. cameras and lighting, editing, and web-distribution). In addition to hands-on training, I hope to impart a sense of D.I.Y. to encourage and empower the students of Windsor Mill Middle School.
