Responsibilities include overseeing the field personnel and operations, as well as, the development and management of the company’s procedural, safety and quality assurance programs.I have personally completed a diverse range of residential and commercial projects including over 600 apartments, condominiums, loft residences, and multi-story, high-end town homes, in addition to, the completion of over 2 million square feet of retail, office, and mixed-use projects totaling in excess of $150 million in revenues. Past projects include Converge Condominiums, a 33,000 sq. ft. five-story, 16 unit condominium building with interior parking garage and first floor commercial space in Chicago, IL; a 50,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art transportation management center in Niles, IL; Fulton Commercial Center, the complete structural renovation and conversion of an existing 3-story heavy timber and loft building into multi-tenant office building in Chicago, IL and Testa Produce, Inc., the new construction of a LEED® Platinum freezer/cooler distribution facility. This project was recently named Best Green Project of 2011 by ENRMidwest and Green Development of the Year by NAIOP Chicago. Show less
