  At NPV, I worked as a student assistant within real estate. I was given a lot of responsibility from day one, despite my job title as a student assistant. At NPV I worked with carrying out due diligence within real estate, drafting commercial lease contracts and assisting with creating legal drafts and memos within commercial leasing law and company law.I also helped to implement our contract management system and reviewing all contracts in order to be able to do more intelligent and efficient contract and obligations management with the different types of contracts.   At UFST, I was employed in the team: Strategic Purchasing & Supplier Management. Here I was employed as an IT Contract Manager with the responsibility for some of the largest and most important IT systems for the Danish Tax Authorities.I have managed contracts, negotiated, interpreted and contributed to conducting new tenders and handling contract changes, which would otherwise have been an additional cost for the Danish taxpayers.At UFST, I gained a very good understanding of IT, tendering and contracts and the importance of working with talented people and having a good understanding of their individual challenges.I also worked a lot on optimizing our contract management ways of working and was spearheading the implementation of a contract library and the setup of effective obligations management across all of UFST's contracts.
